“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
(Matthew 22:37-40)
I want you to learn how to love me in a deeper way, for love is who I am, and only love can transform who you are. When you love me with all of your heart you are choosing to release your emotions to me and not be afraid to deeply care about our relationship together. When you love me with all of your soul, you are reaching out to me in that timeless place, the present, where all living souls dwell. When you love me with all of your mind, you are training yourself to listen to my voice, not out of duty or desire for knowledge, but simply because you love my voice. I want you to develop these three loves and to not be satisfied with the level of our relationship together. Much of what I want to do through you in the future is dependent on fully obeying the greatest commandment.
